2009 Porsche Cayenne Hybrid

However, Porsche recently broke its silence and gave us a few more details about what we can expect from its new hybrid SUV, which is on track for a 2009 launch. (more…)

The Porsche Panamera

porsche-panamera.jpgPorsche will also be building a hybrid drive version of the new Panamera. This four-door Gran Turismo with sporting driving dynamics so typical of  Porsche will boast the proven components featured in the Cayenne Hybrid entering the market at the end of the decade. And thanks to its newly developed full parallel hybrid, Porsche’s Sports Utility will offer average fuel consumption of less than 9 litres/100 kilometres. (more…)

Carrera 4S: Best Everyday 911?

carrera-4s.jpgWhen going through the list of Porsche 911’s, one has many options to choose from, especially if your in the market for a daily driver and not a track ready Porsche such as the 911 GT2 or 911 GT3.  Although both of the latter 911’s are excellent city cars, I doubt many owners drive them five days a week. The New Cayenne Turbo S

porsche-cayenne-turbo-s.jpgBeing a loyal lover of the Cayenne family, particularly the turbo model. I was extremely excited to hear about the release of the new Porsche Cayenne Turbo S. Just when I thought the Cayenne turbo couldn’t get any better, Porsche raises the bar again. The 4.8 liter V-8 twin turbo charged engine cranks out a whopping 550 hp and 553 lb-ft of torque.
